    Strategic discovery engagements

Every business is different. Madli Creative offers both focused project engagements and extended strategic partnerships. Investment is determined by complexity, scope, timeline, and the resources required to deliver meaningful results.

    One-Time Project Investment

    Strategic Discovery Sprint

    Starting at $5,000 one-time

A focused evaluation of a specific business challenge, product concept, or operational opportunity. Typical duration: 2–4 weeks, depending on agreed scope.

Best when: You have one clearly defined question or opportunity and need clarity and a prioritized next step.

    What's included

    • Initial stakeholder interviews
    • Business needs assessment
    • High-level operational review
    • Identification of critical gaps and opportunities
    • Initial strategic recommendations
    • Prioritized action roadmap

Limited to a defined scope. Additional discovery, stakeholders, departments, or deliverables may require a separate engagement.

    Starting Monthly Investment

    Extended Business & Product Discovery

    Starting at $5,000 / month

Comprehensive discovery across multiple departments, products, systems, or operational functions. Engagements may last 2–6+ months depending on business complexity.

Best when: You're a growing business or startup with several teams, systems, or products that need to be understood together.

    What's included

    • In-depth business and operational discovery
    • Stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering
    • Departmental workflow assessments and business process mapping
    • Systems and technology evaluation
    • Product discovery and user journey analysis
    • Operational risk and dependency identification
    • Business model and process recommendations
    • Strategic roadmap development
    • Ongoing discovery documentation and reporting

$5,000/month is the minimum for a limited engagement, not a fixed price. Monthly investment depends on departments and stakeholders, scope and complexity, leadership involvement, specialist support, deliverables, and reserved monthly capacity. Meetings, research, and deliverables are defined in each month's scope.

Founder and stakeholder sessions to understand goals, users, constraints, and how work actually happens today.

    2. 02

      Architect

Business process, data, roles, and integration architecture — the blueprint behind the product.

    3. 03

      Design

User journeys, wireframes, and UX/UI design for the screens people will use every day.

    4. 04

      Plan

Requirements, phasing, and an implementation plan that developers can estimate and build from.

    5. 05

      Implement

Separately scoped. Development can be delivered with Product Design Labs (PDL) or other qualified development partners, with Madli coordinating where appropriate. Not every solution requires custom software.

    Frequently asked questions

    Do you build the software?

Madli leads analysis, architecture, strategy, workflow design, and UX/UI. Custom software implementation is scoped separately and can be delivered through Product Design Labs (PDL) and qualified development partners under their own project agreements.

    How is pricing set?

Discovery starts with a one-time Sprint (from $5,000) or a monthly engagement (from $5,000/month); complex work is custom. Architecture projects start at $15,000 and Architecture + Implementation at $30,000. Starting prices are minimums — every proposal is based on agreed scope.

    Is discovery unlimited?

No. Each engagement has a defined scope, and monthly engagements have defined capacity and milestones. Additional needs are handled through a revised scope or change order.

    Do we need custom software?

Not always. Sometimes the right answer is configuring tools you already have. Architecture work tells you which path makes sense before you spend on development.
